affrontando non solo le potenzialit\u00e0 di questa tecnologia ma anche le importanti responsabilit\u00e0 che ci aspettano <span class=\"footnote_referrer\"><a role=\"button\" tabindex=\"0\" onclick=\"footnote_moveToReference_1426_1('footnote_plugin_reference_1426_1_1');\" onkeypress=\"footnote_moveToReference_1426_1('footnote_plugin_reference_1426_1_1');\" ><sup sviluppi e adotti seguendo una chiara direzione etica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Dalla_fantascienza_alla_realta\"><\/span>Dalla fantascienza alla realt\u00e0<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quando parliamo di IA, non posso non pensare a quanto fosse, fino a pochi anni fa, una tecnologia che immaginavamo relegata alla fantascienza. Oggi, abbiamo robot assistenti e sistemi di diagnostica avanzata che supportano concretamente il lavoro di medici e operatori sanitari. Nel mondo dell&#8217;IA agente, dove abbiamo autovetture autonome senza volante n\u00e9 pedali, \u00e8 lampante il bisogno di avere un &#8220;red button&#8221;, un disinnesco, con particolare attenzione alla forma da attribuirgli, sia essa fisica <strong>e\/o<\/strong> digitale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Non meno importante \u00e8 il principio della <strong>sicurezza tecnica<\/strong>. Credo che sia essenziale proteggere i pazienti da ogni possibile rischio derivante da malfunzionamenti o vulnerabilit\u00e0 dei sistemi IA. La sicurezza passa attraverso una progettazione rigorosa e il rispetto di protocolli di cybersecurity, oltre che da una supervisione costante. Se l\u2019IA resta uno strumento nelle mani degli operatori, discorso pi\u00f9 raffinato \u00e8 quello relativo alla <strong>gradazione del potere di decisione<\/strong> che ingloba e supera nella sostanza il laconico interesse alla sostituzione del giudizio umano, cos\u00ec <strong>distinguiamo l&#8217;autonomia dall&#8217;indipendenza<\/strong>. In un contesto in cui l\u2019IA necessita di grandi quantit\u00e0 di dati per funzionare al meglio, \u00e8 essenziale che ogni informazione raccolta sia trattata con la massima cautela. Nell&#8217;epoca del Fascicolo Sanitario Elettronico, dell&#8217;interoperbilit\u00e0 e degli standard atti a fugare il pericolo di <em>lock-in<\/em>, diventa cruciale tutelare il paziente, gestendo minuziosamente i dati a cui l&#8217;IA pu\u00f2 accedere. Ci\u00f2 significa che dell\u2019IA deve potersi spiegare il processo e la decisione, eliminando ogni <em>black box<\/em>. Lo studio esamina gli esiti di un <em>prompt <\/em>specifico rivolto a chatGPT, in due versioni, la 3.5 e una addestrata con dati clinici. Il fine \u00e8 comprendere come l&#8217;IA risponde e come influisce nell&#8217;aiutare i pazienti a esprimere le loro difficolt\u00e0 in questo ambito, spesso trascurato ma cruciale per la qualit\u00e0 della loro vita. La responsabilit\u00e0 si applica a pi\u00f9 livelli, coinvolgendo medici, operatori sanitari, amministratori, fino ai produttori dei sistemi IA e ai responsabili tecnici.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Secondo il D.D.L. n.114 in seno al Senato, l&#8217;IA funge da <strong>supporto all\u2019atto medico<\/strong> mentre nell&#8217;atto non medico svolge funzioni in autonomia con supervisione umana atta a ridurre i rischi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Sostenibilita_affrontare_le_sfide_energetiche\"><\/span>Sostenibilit\u00e0: affrontare le sfide energetiche<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ritengo essenziale affrontare le sfide energetiche legate all\u2019IA.  Con l\u2019aumento della domanda, l\u2019importanza della sostenibilit\u00e0 energetica diventa nodale e grande attenzione va rivolta all&#8217;efficientamento sia lato software delle IA stesse, sia al lato hardware, tramite Data Center muniti di migliori unit\u00e0 (GPU, NPU e CPU), per ridurre le emissioni di <strong>CO2 <\/strong>e il consumo di <strong>acqua<\/strong>.
