Cookies Policy

This page was born from the need to comply with the European legislation in force regarding the use of cookies within a website.

What are Cookies

A cookie is a text string that the visited site (server) sends and installs on the user's browser (client) to save information which can then be re-read by the site server to use it for various purposes.

According to the directives of the privacy guarantor, cookies can be classified as:

  • technicals;
  • profiling;

Technical cookies

The cookies in the technical category are sent by the visited site for purposes strictly related to navigation.
Within this there are navigation or session cookies, i.e. those that guarantee normal navigation and use of the site, and also analytics cookies, which are used to collect information, only if aggregated, on the number of users or on how the latter visit the website (without therefore the direct identification in any form of the individual visitor), and finally the functionality cookies, used to improve or manage the vision of the site according to certain selectable criteria or remember those previously selected by the user himself (for example selecting the language or access login).

Navigation or session cookies, by means of which browsing preferences can be saved and the user's browsing experience can be optimized. These are essential cookies to navigate the site using all its features, such as maintaining the session and accessing restricted areas. They are necessary, as without them it would not be possible to provide the requested services. These cookies do not collect information to be used for commercial purposes. The use of session cookies, which are not stored permanently on the user's computer and disappear when the browser is closed, is strictly limited to the transmission of session identifiers (consisting of random numbers generated by the server) necessary to allow the safe and efficient exploration of the site. The session cookies used on this site avoid the use of other IT techniques that are potentially prejudicial to the confidentiality of users' browsing and do not allow the acquisition of the user's personal identification data;

Analytics cookies, by means of which statistical information is acquired on the way users navigate. They collect and analyze information on the use of the site by visitors (pages visited, number of accesses, time spent on the site, etc.) to optimize site management. This information is processed in an aggregate and anonymous form, and these cookies do not collect information that can identify the user in any way;

These cookies do not require the user's prior consent to be installed and used (See provision of 8 May 2014 of the Guarantor for the protection of personal data concerning: "Identification of simplified procedures for the information and the acquisition of consent for the use of cookies"). The website works optimally only if technical cookies are enabled. It is however possible to decide not to allow the use of cookies on your computer by changing the settings of the browser used, in the manner indicated below. It should be borne in mind, however, that if cookies are disabled, some features of the site may be disabled.

For this category of cookies the privacy guarantor does not require the prior consent from the visitor to their installation nor is communication to the same required, it is however necessary to inform visitors of their use.

Profiling cookies

The profiling cookies category includes cookies used for the purpose of drawing the visitor's profile in order to provide him with targeted advertising based on his browsing habits.

Who sends cookies

Cookies can be sent from the site itself or from third party services that the site relies on. The site manager is responsible for cookies sent directly, while for those sent by third parties the origin and the reference link regarding the policy must be indicated.
Third party sites also include Google Analytics cookies, which are used to collect non-personalized data on site navigation, and are among technical cookies.

Cookies used on the site

This site uses technical cookies, of the session type, and third-party cookies from Google Analytics.

Session cookies are used to keep track of the choices made by the user during the visit made.

The analytics cookies installed by Google Analytics and Youtube are used to obtain numerical statistics on the pages visited or the visualization of the videos (inserted on the site), on the number of visitors and total views, on the network from which the visitors come, etc. The visit data is aggregated and no personal data is transmitted through these cookies. For a better and more complete discussion of the policy relating to these cookies, refer to the following links:

All cookies used on this site do not send any personal data to the site manager.

Disable cookies

Normally, the installation of cookies is enabled in every browser.
This is because in some cases failure to use limits the experience of the visit and often prevents access to the site (for example, to make purchases on e-commerce sites).
However, it is possible to disable the use of cookies by acting on the advanced browser settings.
